Customer Service Call Center Representative


Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL 32216
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Training: Paid training provided for 2 weeks


Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to assist with inbound calls regarding College Savings Plans. In this role, you will support parents, grandparents, and other individuals who have questions or need information about their savings plan options.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle 60–80 inbound calls per day 
  • Provide accurate information and follow call scripts provided
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner
  • Accurately document call details and customer interactions
  • Navigate multiple computer screens and systems effectively


Qualifications:

  • Call center customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to use multiple screens
  • Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Friendly, professional, and service-focused communication style
