Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone.
  • Answer a multi-line phone system, identify client needs, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Provide general information regarding our insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with insurance claim questions and help resolve routine issues.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
  • Process client files by scanning, uploading, organizing, and filing documents within our CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate client records and document all client interactions.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms efficiently throughout the day.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and company procedures.
  • Support the office team with daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
