About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in managing communications with our valued customers and leads. Using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, you’ll handle voice, text, and email communications to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. While this is primarily a phone and computer-based role, you’ll also have the opportunity to assist customers in person during their visits to our dealership, providing the same friendly and professional service face-to-face.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with customers and leads via phone, text, and email to answer questions, provide updates, and schedule appointments.
  • Use our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Assist customers in person during dealership visits, providing the same high level of service as you do over the phone.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
