Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for logistics orders via phone and email (status, appointments, issue resolution).
  • Track shipments, monitor exceptions, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Enter and maintain accurate shipment data and documentation in company systems.
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams to resolve delays, damages, or delivery changes.
  • Support scheduling, reporting, and other operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience required; logistics or transportation experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems.
  • Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Essential Functions
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer, copier, and printer.
  • Needs to occasionally move about the office and/or warehouse to access documents and operational personnel.
  • Frequently communicates with customers and internal teams and must be able to exchange accurate information.
Work Environment
  • Primarily office-based; may occasionally work near warehouse operations.
  • Work near others and often share the same workspace.

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 7:00pm
