Job description

Account Coordinator

Position Summary

Responsible for communicating directly with clients and explaining all aspects of first time and repeat orders.  They will estimate multi-component projects.  This person will also develop and manage timelines and act as a liaison between the client and all internal departments.  They will also complete invoice requests to initiate invoices be sent to the client.

Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Computer skills (MS Office)

 

Pay/Schedule

  • Commensurate with experience
  • 8am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday
