We are looking to hire 4 positions in various US locations: CA, TX, OH, FL

The Regional Customer Account Managers will closely follow the needs and purchases of customers in their area. One of the most important skills is properly qualifying customers by understanding their needs, strengths, potential for growth and what Medten can contribute to them as a partner. The job entails providing an excellent service by understanding each customer uniquely and their ever evolving needs.

We are a team with a strong IT focus and rely on many software tools to work efficiently so a strong understanding of computers and ease of learning new systems is required.

From our US offices, we assist in the development of the Latin American market and so fluency in Spanish is a plus both spoken and written.

We are looking for a person who loves to learn and is constantly seeking to grow professionally and personally. We desire someone who is team-focused, self-aware, social, kind, and loves to serve others.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with team leader developing transitioning sales strategy

Carefully gather and organize proper contact and other relevant information on customers

Develop leads and referrals

Responsible for reaching agreements with important customers

Responsible for customer follow-up

Use excellent oral/written communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

Qualifications:
