Job Description:Seeking a Sr. CRM Developer to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution by supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing customer engagement campaigns, CRM workflows, and the underlying data integrations that power personalized communications at scale.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with marketing teams to design, implement, and optimize customer engagement campaigns
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot CRM campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation logic, and audience targeting
  • Investigate campaign delivery issues and perform root cause analysis across CRM platforms, databases, integrations, and source systems
  • Query databases and analyze data to identify discrepancies impacting customer communications
  • Develop automated solutions that eliminate manual processes and improve campaign reliability
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product, and marketing teams to resolve complex customer data issues
  • Support CRM platform integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
  • Create and maintain customer segmentation, personalization logic, and campaign triggers
  • Participate in campaign strategy discussions, roadmap planning, and solution design sessions
  • Work with offshore and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable marketing technology solutions
  • Document system architecture, troubleshooting processes, and technical solutions
  • Support a high-volume communication environment sending tens of thousands of customer messages daily

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience working within a CRM platform (Braze preferred, open to similar CRM or marketing automation platforms)
  • Ability and willingness to obtain Braze Certification within the first 90 days
  • Strong SQL development and database querying experience
  • Experience with .NET development
  • Proven experience performing root cause analysis across applications, integrations, and data systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues from customer-facing symptoms through backend systems and data flows
  • Experience automating manual processes and building scalable technical solutions
  • Experience partnering with marketing, product, or non-technical business teams
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, audience targeting, and campaign logic
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
