Position Summary 

The Warehouse Returns Specialist is responsible for processing customer returns and RMAs in accordance with Stitch policies and procedures. This role reviews returned products for condition and resale viability, ensures returned inventory is accurately tracked, and supports the proper restocking or disposition of returned items. 


Position Responsibilities 

  • Process returns and RMAs in accordance with Stitch policies and procedures. 
  • Receive, review, and inspect returned products for accuracy, condition, and resale viability. 
  • Determine appropriate disposition of returned items, including restock, repair/cleaning, damage, quarantine, or non-resale status. 
  • Ensure returned items approved for resale 
  • Maintain accurate records related to returned items, inventory adjustments, and refund processing. 
  • Communicate return discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, or inventory issues to management. 
  • Perform inventory counts related to returned products when necessary. 
  • Maintain organized return processing areas and returned inventory storage locations. 
  • Assist with returns-related projects as needed by management. 

Key Deliverables 

  • Accurately process returns and RMAs in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure returned products are properly inspected, documented, and dispositioned. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for returned and restocked items. 
  • Minimize discrepancies between returned inventory, system records, and physical inventory. 
  • Keep returns processing areas organized, clean, and efficient. 

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate! Eligible for benefits after 30 days of service and our 401k plan after 90 days of service!

Requirements

 Required Qualifications 

  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment. 
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and inventory processes. 
  • Basic computer skills required. 
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred. 
  • Forklift certification preferredÂ
