Summary:

Golf Products Warehouse Associate: Our warehouse associates assist with tasks like pick/pack to support shipping activity, dock receiving, material handling, UPC purchase order receiving and customer return order processing to support the receiving process. Those with golf club knowledge or golf industry experience might be a great fit to assist with the receipt and inspection of golf products and perform some basic club repair and club building activities.

*This position must be open to working a Wednesday-Sunday schedule (preferred) or working at least one day on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday). This is a full-time position.

Essential Functions Include:

  • Assist with dock receipt of inbound packages from our suppliers
  • Clean and sort preowned golf clubs for preparation of receipt into inventory
  • Consolidate inventory on shelves, perform cycle counts on binned inventory
  • Presort golf equipment and put away received inventory to shelved bin locations
  • Create transfer shipments of inventory sent out to our other distribution centers
  • Receive inventory from PO’s and RA’s into receiving applications
  • Assist with receipt of customer return packages
  • Safely learn to operate a fork lift or cherry picker to assist with put away and picking
  • Pick products from bin locations so they can be shipped quickly to our customers
  • Pack out customer orders and exceed expectations for our customer’s orders
  • Assist with general facility maintenance, cleaning and other daily operations, as needed

Experience/Skills required:

  • Computer literate, competent use of a mouse and scan wedge/barcode scanner
  • Strong attention to detail; tenacity to ensure accuracy and completion of all assignments
  • Ability to accept direction and work independently following standardized procedures and instructions received from supervisors
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Cherry picker experience and certification a plus; will train candidates
  • High school level math and reading skills
  • Physically able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Physically able to climb ladders for product picking, binning and storage; up to 25’
  • Fork lift certification and experience considered a plus; not required
  • Distribution center and order fulfilment experience considered a plus; not required
