Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 employee

About Us:

Settler Structures LLC builds custom barndominiums, pole barns, metal buildings, and shop garages throughout the Springfield, MO region. We're a fast paced, growing company where creativity, initiative, and customer first service matter.

We are not a corporate machine. Come work for a fast growing, no red tape company where your success is rewarded and your voice is heard.

Our GM is a true Visionary: sales-driven, growth-focused, opportunity-minded.

Now we need the right Integrator-type leader to help scale the operation the right way.

Are You the Integrator We're Looking For?

The Mission of This Role

Your job is simple:

  • Support the GM.
  • Build scalable systems.
  • Protect the customer experience.
  • Prepare this company for real expansion.

This is an EOS-style Integrator support role where you are building the operational spine of the company.

Core Responsibilities

Front-Line Communication

  • Answer all incoming company calls professionally
  • Capture leads using a standardized intake template
  • Ensure every inquiry gets documented and responded to

CRM Discipline (Pipeline CRM)

  • Enter every lead into Pipeline CRM
  • Auto-assign leads by territory (county-based)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and stage tracking
  • Ensure follow-up tasks are created and executed
  • Monitor pipeline movement and flag stalled deals

Systems Builder

  • Create simple SOPs for intake, lead routing, and follow-up
  • Document processes so future hires can plug in
  • Improve automation workflows
  • Keep marketing-to-sales handoff tight and trackable

Growth Support

  • Prepare infrastructure for future sales reps
  • Help define territories and lead routing logic
  • Track KPIs (leads, conversion rate, time-to-contact)
  • Support professional, unified brand experience

Who This Role Is Perfect For

This role is for someone who:

  • Loves structure
  • Thinks in checklists and workflows
  • Notices when systems are inefficient
  • Gets energy from organization
  • Is calm under pressure
  • Takes ownership without being told

You might be:

  • An Operations Coordinator
  • A CRM Manager
  • A Project Administrator
  • An Executive Assistant with strong systems thinking
  • Or someone who naturally acts like an Integrator in every room

You are NOT:

  • A pure creative
  • A "wait for instructions" employee
  • Someone who needs heavy supervision

What Success Looks Like in 6-12 Months

  • The GM if free to focus on the long term growth of the company.
  • Every lead is tracked and assigned properly.
  • CRM is clean, disciplined, and actionable.
  • Marketing ROI is measurable.
  • Sales reps can plug into a working system.
  • Customer experience feels professional and consistent.

Compensation

  • Salary range will be shared during the interview process.
  • Performance bonus tied to:
  • Lead response time
  • CRM accuracy
