Notre client, une firme-conseil en croissance specialisee en transformation numerique et optimisation des operations, est actuellement a la recherche d'un(e) Conseiller(ere) CRM, automatisation et performance marketing afin de rejoindre son equipe.

Dans ce role, vous interviendrez aupres de PME de differents secteurs afin d'analyser leurs besoins, recommander des solutions adaptees et participer a l'implantation d'outils technologiques permettant d'ameliorer leur efficacite operationnelle, leur performance marketing et leur experience client.

L'environnement conviendra particulierement a une personne curieuse, autonome, orientee client et a l'aise d'evoluer dans un contexte de consultation multi-projets.

Ce que vous aurez l'occasion de faire

  • Comprendre les enjeux d'affaires et les besoins operationnels des clients;
  • Analyser et documenter les processus actuels afin d'identifier des opportunites d'amelioration;
  • Recommander des solutions technologiques adaptees aux objectifs du client;
  • Participer a l'implantation et a la configuration de plateformes CRM, marketing et automatisation;
  • Contribuer a l'optimisation des parcours clients, de la gestion des leads et des processus de vente;
  • Accompagner les clients dans leurs projets de transformation numerique;
  • Coordonner differentes etapes de projets en collaboration avec les equipes internes et les parties prenantes;
  • Produire des recommandations strategiques et vulgariser les solutions proposees;
  • Concevoir et ameliorer des tableaux de bord, indicateurs de performance et outils de suivi;
  • Former et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption des nouvelles solutions;
  • Participer a des initiatives d'innovation et d'amelioration continue.

Profil recherche

  • Formation universitaire en marketing, administration, technologies de l'information ou domaine connexe;
  • Experience pertinente en consultation, transformation numerique, gestion de projets ou analyse d'affaires;
  • Experience dans des environnements lies au marketing numerique, CRM ou automatisation;
  • Bonne comprehension des processus d'affaires et de l'optimisation operationnelle;
  • Capacite a gerer plusieurs projets simultanement dans un environnement dynamique;
  • Excellentes habiletes de communication et capacite a vulgariser des concepts techniques;
  • Approche orientee client et forte capacite d'ecoute;
  • Esprit analytique, autonomie et sens de l'organisation;
  • Interet marque pour les technologies, l'innovation et l'amelioration continue.

  • Experience avec des plateformes CRM ou marketing automation;
