Job description

As a Client Relationship Manager for Group Retirement Savings at the national Client Relations Centre, you help serve and maintain business relationships with Desjardins Insurance clients in the SME segment. You work with clients who have diverse and often complex needs for accounts with significant development potential for your sector. You analyze client needs, and develop and implement personalized solutions. Your complex work and initiatives require extensive knowledge of group retirement plans. You advise and assist current and potential members and clients as well as various collaborators. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Advise and support partners, collaborators and clients on the best solutions and strategies and determine target outcomes.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and high service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices in your field.
