As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with plan sponsors, delivering a distinctive client experience, and actively contributing to their satisfaction and retention.

What You Will Accomplish with Us


As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a primary contact for clients in Quebec and build strong, long-term relationships
  • Participate in client meetings (pension committees, annual meetings, employee sessions)
  • Provide training on products, tools, and services to support effective plan management
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including financial education and business development
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of service strategies
  • Proactively inform clients of changes related to products, services, or regulatory requirements

  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily interactions with English-speaking internal and external stakeholders across Canada
  • Has an advanced level of french proficiency, both spoken and written
  • Holds a relevant university degree
  • Holds a license in group savings and retirement insurance issued by the AMF


Note: This is not a people management role with direct reports, but rather a client-facing account management position.

Note: Some travel (weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly) between Montreal and Ottawa is expected.
