Job description

Weston & Sampson is seeking a CRM Analyst to support the firm's strategic growth initiatives through CRM administration, data governance, reporting, training, and business development operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring the quality and integrity of client, firm, project, and opportunity data while supporting business development teams, client managers, marketing staff, and firm leadership.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about helping teams work more efficiently through improved processes, reporting, and technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data within Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Review and audit client, firm, project, contract, and opportunity records to ensure compliance with firm standards and naming conventions.
  • Support CRM data governance initiatives, data cleanup efforts, and ongoing system improvements.
  • Facilitate sales funnel and pipeline meetings, helping teams maintain accurate opportunity information and next-step action plans.
  • Develop, prepare, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data analyses for leadership, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Support Client Managers with reporting, client data management, contact updates, and activity tracking.
  • Monitor and improve data quality related to pursuits, projects, clients, markets, and services to support meaningful reporting and decision-making.
  • Coordinate and track business development activities, strategic pursuits, and marketing campaign initiatives.
  • Provide CRM user support, troubleshooting, and training for staff across the firm.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, quick-reference guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Accounting, Operations, Technical Staff, and Leadership to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, and data consistency.
  • Support client feedback and survey programs, including response tracking and reporting.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting CRM administration, sales operations, business development, marketing operations, reporting, or related functions.
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, data analyses, and business summaries.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to train users and clearly explain processes, standards, and system functionality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, environmental, or professional services industry preferred.
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools and technology to improve efficiency and reporting is a plus. Salary Range

Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000k based on experience
