Location: 165 Log Canoe Circle, Stevensville, MD 21666
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $50-$65k per year

KRM Development Corporation, a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group, is seeking a Property Management & Customer Relations Associate to join our dynamic team in Stevensville, MD! In this role, you'll build strong, lasting relationships with tenants and clients by delivering exceptional service and support. You will play a key role in maintaining tenant satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to expand our customer base. We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, and motivated to go above and beyond to meet customer needs!

What You'll Do:
  • Support the Director of Facilities & Property Management with various projects
  • Monitor tenant satisfaction and respond to inquiries or concerns with a service-first mindset
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Act as a liaison between Development & Construction departments for large tenant buildouts and new buildings
  • Provide project management on KRM Development capital projects and small buildouts
  • Visit buildings on a regular basis
  • Show space to prospective tenants when needed
  • Drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or real estate operations preferred
  • Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and creating community-focused environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Outgoing team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong sense of professionalism, work ethic, and business acumen
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
