These positions will primarily be aligned to our major Commercial hubs: Midland, MI, Houston, TX, Collegeville, PA, & Marietta, GA. Virtual office may be an option for certain roles and additional locations may become available based on evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage account portfolio and prepare and implement sales plans.
  • Lead and coordinate customer relationships working to understand customer needs and identify potential new clients.
  • Input information in CRM and SmartPrice providing the required documentation aligned to the Dow sales processes.
  • Manage Sales Contracts following Dow guidelines and legal requirements according to each region and country.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans delivering business goals of volume and value.
  • Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
  • Lead and conduct negotiations and implement price changes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
  • A minimum of5years of relevant working experience.
  • A minimum requirement fortheseU.S. based positionsis the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
