Job description

Customer Logistics Manager

We are immediately hiring a Customer Logistics Manager in Temple, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $70,000-$71,000 per year

Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 2:00pm-11:00pm

Transportation leadership experience preferred Driver management experience is preferred

Summary

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

  • Essential Functions Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
  • Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
