The Operations Staff role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of freight transportation activities within the transportation and warehousing industry. This position focuses on managing freight tracking processes and facilitating freight brokerage operations to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with carriers, clients, and internal teams to monitor shipments, resolve logistical challenges, and maintain accurate documentation. By proactively managing freight movements and brokerage negotiations, the Operations Staff contributes directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications:
