Job Summary:
Revvity is a company that focuses on driving customer-facing projects with a clear plan and steady execution. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Responsibilities:
• Own the delivery schedule by keeping resources aligned to commitments and ensuring the plan is followed.
• Monitor task progress daily/weekly, remove obstacles, and keep execution moving toward milestones.
• Identify roadblocks and escalate early with clear context, impact, and recommend next steps.
• Maintain alignment between customer stakeholders and internal teams (including project leads and team leads) through consistent communication.
• Provide concise, coherent project status updates covering progress, risks, and issues for both internal and customer audiences.
• Manage project budgeting and financial tracking, support invoicing and administrative tasks, and keep project plans updated to maintain delivery accuracy and on-time reporting.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or similar technical field.
• 5+ years' experience running customer-facing projects end to end in the life science industry is a must.
• 5+ years' experience leading projects that require close coordination among multiple stakeholders and leadership groups.
• 5+ years' experience running executive call updates and aligning leadership on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
Preferred:
• Ability to manage delivery using both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Proficiency with project tools and reporting (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) plus strong Excel skills for tracking and updates.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management training.
