The Senior Manager Project Manger is responsible for designing, leading, and continuously improving the way OsecoElfab delivers customer-driven, engineered-to-order projects across the US and UK. This role owns the project delivery framework-processes, tools, governance, and cross-functional coordination-while also managing a portfolio of strategic customer projects as a hands-on Project Manager.
This leader ensures that projects move seamlessly through Sales, Engineering, Planning, Operations, and Quality, delivering on customer requirements with precision, speed, and exceptional communication. • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to resolve bottlenecks, improve throughput, and enhance cross-functional alignment.

Hands-On Project Management
  • Manage a portfolio of complex, high-visibility customer projects from order acceptance through shipment.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for project scope, schedule, communication, and risk management.
  • Coordinate engineering deliverables, production schedules, testing, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure projects meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor Project Coordinators, assigned Project Managers, or cross-functional project contributors (depending on structure).
  • Build capability in project planning, communication, risk management, and customer engagement.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Process, Systems & Tools

  • Standardize documentation, communication protocols, and customer-facing project materials.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in project planning, scheduling, and change control.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a senior escalation point for customer project issues.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with project insights, feasibility assessments, and customer communication strategies.
  • Represent Project Operations in cross-functional leadership forums.
