Nation Security is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen our footprint in the security services industry. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who excels at identifying opportunities, expanding market share, and fostering long-term partnerships-particularly within bilingual and multicultural markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. 
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand into new markets and strengthen existing client relationships. 

Client & Partner Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison during client onboarding to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience. 

Marketing & Digital Outreach

  • Leverage digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and execute campaigns that showcase Nation Security's expertise and value. 

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. 
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions. 

Performance & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the sales pipeline. 
  • Prepare comprehensive business development reports for leadership review. 

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably within the security or related service industries. 
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. 
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other digital marketing or outreach platforms. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of security services, client expectations, and relevant industry regulations. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Organization & Initiative: Self-motivated, with exceptional time management and multitasking skills. 
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
