In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and personalized customer engagement.   • Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to our existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors, and develop new customers)
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Analyze potential gains, set targets, track sales, and report accomplishments.
  • Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
