The Job:
As Senior Manager - Customer Data & Personalization, you'll be part of our Digital Technology Team working as a remote employee. We're looking for a technology leader with deep marketing domain knowledge to join our Digital Technology team and help shape the future of data-driven customer experiences.
As Senior Manager, Customer Data & Personalization, you will lead the technology capabilities that enable intelligent personalization at scale - connecting customer data, experimentation, and activation platforms to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of technology and marketing, translating consumer insight into scalable digital solutions in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams.
Key Impact Areas
• Architect and scale customer data capabilities powered by a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
• Enable personalization through technology-driven decisioning and activation
• Establish scalable frameworks for experimentation, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Drive technical alignment between customer data, product platforms, and business goals
• Build foundations that allow marketing teams to activate insights effectively
What You'll Do
• Lead the technology strategy behind customer data and personalization
• Translate business and marketing needs into scalable technical capabilities
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Marketing leaders
• Define standards for activation, experimentation, and measurement
• Evaluate and guide adoption of modern customer technology platforms
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise digital architecture
The Person:

Required
• 8+ years in Digital Technology, Martech, Customer Data, Personalization, or related fields
• Strong experience with Customer Data Platforms (Treasure Data preferred)
• Experience with experimentation platforms (VWO, Optimizely, or similar)
• Proven success delivering scalable digital capabilities and measurable outcomes
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Data, or related field
• Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred

The salary range for this position is $110,600 - $178,000
