Job description

Job title: Oracle Unity & Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Location: US, Bay Area - San Jose CA- 3-4 Days Hybrid
Experience: 10-15 years (min 3-5 in Oracle Unity & Customer Data Platform (CDP))
Duration: 4-6 months
Role Summary
  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of a B2B Customer & Account 360 and single source of truth using Oracle Unity. Own end-to-end architecture, PoCs, and stakeholder alignment to unlock sales, marketing, partner, and customer success use cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement Customer & Account 360 and golden record strategy on Oracle Unity.
  • Architect Oracle Unity CDP: data model, ingestion (batch/real-time), identity resolution, unification, segmentation, and activation.
  • Lead greenfield implementations & PoCs from design through adoption, proving clear business value.
  • Integrate Unity with CRM, MAP, billing, support, product telemetry, and partner systems.
  • Drive data governance, quality, and privacy standards.
  • Manage senior stakeholders (IT, Data, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Partner) with clear, structured communication.
  • Guide and review technical teams' solution designs and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong, hands-on Oracle Unity CDP implementation experience in large B2B environments.
  • Proven track record delivering Customer 360/source-of-truth programs.
  • Solid understanding of B2B hierarchies, accounts, contacts, partners, subscriptions.
  • Experience running PoCs and converting them into scalable programs.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
