Job Title: Counter-Narcotics & Transnational Organized Crime (CN/TCO) Program Analyst / Acquisition Specialist
Location: Doral, FL (Supporting Air Combat Command)
Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI

Division: Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), Counter Narco-Terrorism & Global Threats Division

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center. In this critical role, you will provide direct support to the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) SCJH Counter Narcotics Planning Program and the SCJ84 Resource Division.
You will be responsible for the development, acquisition, and deployment of Counter-Narcotics (CN) and Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (C/TCO) solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, fiscal law, and operational support to ensure mission success across the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Program Support: Provide comprehensive support to the USSOUTHCOM CN/C-TCO program, focusing on the development, acquisition, and deployment of counter-narcotics requirements within the region.

Acquisition Management: Manage the full lifecycle of acquisition initiatives to develop, evaluate, and field CN/C-TCO capabilities for operational and tactical customers.

Resource & Budget Management: Execute funding strategies and provide contract management to meet the CN/C-TCO acquisition requirements of the Combatant Command. Apply expert knowledge of PPBE and fiscal law to ensure legal and responsible allocation of resources.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to planning efforts to identify capability gaps, define requirements, and prioritize investments to counter illicit trafficking and transnational threats.
Coordination & Integration: Act as a liaison between ACC, USSOUTHCOM, and interagency partners to synchronize efforts and ensure solutions meet operational needs.

Strategic resourcing: Applying PPBE expertise and fiscal law to execute funding and contract management for CN/C-TCO acquisition requirements.


Required Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience working with U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), the PPBE process, and fiscal law applications.

Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Counter-Narcotics (CN) and Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (C/TCO) programs and operations.

Acquisition Knowledge: Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes, contract management, and program evaluation.

Language: Spanish language proficiency.


Security Clearance: Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Air Combat Command (ACC) organizational structure and missions.
Background in Joint or Combined military operations.
