Job description

Hybrid, Atlanta. Own digital revenue growth for veritiv.com, leading customer acquisition and lifecycle strategy. Hands-on Google paid search media buying or agency oversight, driving traffic, conversion, and repeat revenue.
Job Purpose:
Our Digital Customer Acquisition Manager leads the customer acquisition and growth strategy for veritiv.com, with accountability for driving new and repeat traffic, conversion, and revenue growth through performance marketing and lifecycle programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Own the customer acquisition and growth strategy for veritiv.com, focused on driving new customer acquisition, return visits, and revenue growth.
Lead performance marketing strategy and oversight, including paid search and related acquisition channels, in partnership with external agencies managing annual media budget.
Establish acquisition and growth plans, performance targets, and trade-off decisions to balance traffic growth, efficiency, and ROI.
Lead performance-focused marketing automation and lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, nurture, and reactivation programs that drive repeat engagement and conversion.
Define and monitor KPIs for acquisition and growth performance, including traffic quality, conversion, repeat visits, and revenue impact; own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Partner with Digital Commerce, UX, and Merchandising teams to improve onsite conversion and ensure alignment between campaign intent and site experience.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Analytics, and RevOps to improve attribution, measurement, and visibility into marketing performance.
Manage agency relationships, ensuring accountability, performance transparency, and continuous optimization.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, including experience driving both acquisition and repeat engagement.
  • Proven ownership of performance marketing strategy, including oversight of paid media budgets through agency partners.
  • Strong understanding of paid search, performance marketing fundamentals, and lifecycle / marketing automation strategies that support repeat visits and conversion.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and growth decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.

Work Experience:
โ€ข 5-10 years of related job experience.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
โ€ข Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
