About us

RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is a tech-enabled platform specializing in single-family rental homes across the U.S. Originally established as Renters Warehouse, the company rebranded in April 2026 after joining GA Technologies. Our Private Wealth Advisory (PWA) Program streamlines the investment process for investors seeking depreciation benefits and passive income. We source, acquire, and renovate homes to deliver fully managed, turn-key rental properties. With an ambitious goal to purchase 250 properties this year, we are dedicated to scaling wealth creation and providing seamless real estate solutions for our investors.


Base salary of $45 K - $50 K with variable compensation potential for up to $80 K - $90 K total compensation.

Summary

The Associate Acquisitions Agent is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring single family residential properties that align with the company’s investment strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to analyze potential deals. The Associate Acquisitions Agent will work closely with the management team to expand the company’s portfolio and meet acquisition goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Utilize MLS, networking, and online platforms to source new deals
  • Analyze market trends, property values, and neighborhood demographics
  • Perform financial analysis and property valuation to assess the profitability of potential acquisitions
  • Coordinate and manage the due diligence process, including property inspections, and environmental assessments
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, property owners and other industry professionals



Qualifications


  • No real estate experience is needed
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and make informed investment decisions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., Salesforce, MLS, Pipedrive)

Preferred Qualifications:

Texas Real Estate License

Experience with residential property acquisitions and underwriting

Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulations


Work environment


This is an onsite position with local travel required

The Associate Acquisitions Agent will primarily work in an office environment with frequent travel to meet with property owners, brokers, and to visit potential acquisition sites. The position requires a flexible schedule, as it may involve occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate the needs of clients and to meet deadlines. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing market conditions. The ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team is essential.
