About the Role:
Artec Custom Wood LLC is looking for a skilled Woodwork Painter to join our talented team in Hialeah, FL! This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will shine on every custom wood project we create. If you take pride in delivering flawless finishes and love working with wood, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Apply paint, stain, varnish, lacquer, and other finishes to custom wood products and cabinetry
  • Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, filling, and priming prior to painting
  • Mix and match paints and stains to achieve desired colors and finishes
  • Inspect finished surfaces for quality control and touch up imperfections
  • Operate spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply coatings evenly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards
  • Collaborate with production team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in woodwork painting, cabinet finishing, or furniture refinishing
  • Proficiency with spray equipment, airless sprayers, and hand application tools
