Job description

We are seeking an experienced Crypto Operations Specialist to manage cryptocurrency settlements, reconciliations, digital asset inventory, wallet operations, and daily banking activities. This role will partner closely with Trading, Finance, and external counterparties to ensure accurate processing, strong controls, and scalable operational workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily cryptocurrency trade settlement activities and coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties.

  • Perform trade and settlement reconciliations across the post-trade lifecycle and investigate discrepancies.

  • Monitor and manage digital asset inventory to support upcoming settlement obligations.

  • Administer cryptocurrency wallet address whitelisting in accordance with established controls.

  • Support banking operations, including beneficiary onboarding, payment cut-off monitoring, and related banking processes.

  • Collect, organize, and maintain counterparty and trade-related operational data.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate risk.

  • Collaborate with Trading, Finance, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows and support business scalability.

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in crypto or digital asset operations.

  • Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency settlements, reconciliations, and post-trade operations.

  • Experience with crypto wallet operations, wallet address whitelisting, and key management.

  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital asset markets.

  • Experience working with Trading, Finance, banking teams, and external counterparties.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interest in fintech, cryptocurrency, and digital assets.

  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn, grow, and improve operational processes.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with digital asset custody, settlement platforms, or crypto trading operations.

  • Knowledge of operational controls, risk mitigation, and transaction monitoring.

  • Experience improving and scaling operational workflows.
