Job Description

Location:NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a motivated Trade Support Analyst to join our Equity team and support the daily operations of the trading desk. The ideal candidate will have solid trade support or middle office experience and be ready to act as the go-to contact for resolving booking, settlement, and lifecycle issues on behalf of the front office.

Role and responsibilities
  • Enter and adjust trades in front office systems, handling performance and financing tickets through to settlement
  • Manage corporate actions, expiries, and other lifecycle events as they come up
  • Dig into trade breaks and P&L discrepancies, working with Market Risk and teams across regions to get them sorted
  • Be the first point of contact for traders and sales when operational issues pop up during the day
  • Track key metrics and help keep team procedures sharp and up to date
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Trade Support, as a Trader Assistant, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Equity Derivatives products and Payoffs.
  • Familiarity with Medium Term Notes (MTNs).
  • Proficiency with various industry trading platforms and utilities (e.g.,Sophis,Summit, MarketWire, Bloomberg).
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
