Valet Supervisor (Full-Time)
Starting Pay: $27.00 per hour plus cash tip$!
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: San Francisco, CA
Shift & Schedule: (Must be available to work on Weekends/Holidays)

What We're Looking For
As a Valet Supervisor, you'll be the welcoming first impression and the steady hand behind a seamless valet operation. You'll lead by example, support the Location Manager, and make sure every guest experience feels effortless and elevated.
  • Lead pre-shift huddles that energize the team, clarify assignments, and align everyone on service standards, VIP needs, and daily flow.
  • Supervise daily valet operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and guest experience.
  • Partner with the Location Manager on scheduling, helping ensure the right coverage for volume, call-outs, and special events.
  • Offer a genuine, polished welcome to every guest and a warm thank-you on departure - hospitality is the job.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely and smoothly, keeping wait times low and service confidence high.
  • Explain rates and parking options clearly, guiding guests through self-park retrieval when needed.
  • Inspect vehicles before taking possession and follow company procedures to protect guests, their vehicles, and the team.
  • Maintain a sharp, professional uniform appearance and model exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Stay outdoors and active throughout your shift - standing, walking, running, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs when necessary.
  • Support site presentation through light cleaning, curb organization, or special projects as directed.
  • Coach attendants on the spot to reinforce safe driving, curb etiquette, and a hospitality-forward mindset.

Must-Haves
  • 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Confident, energetic, and able to stand, run, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • A natural host: strong written/verbal communication and a friendly, professional presence.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast, guest-facing environment and resolving concerns with grace and solutions.

  • 1+ year valet experience
