Key responsibilities

  • Prospect into corporate teams at franchise and multi-location brands to identify potential partnership opportunities.

  • Negotiate and run multi-stakeholder deal cycles to secure signed MSAs and preferred-vendor agreements.

  • Manage and grow relationships with corporate brand partners post-signature, including entitlement execution, QBRs, and expansion efforts.

Job description

Workstream is a mission-driven company building the all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for managing the hourly workforce. There are 2.7 billion hourly workers, making up 80% of the global workforce, but this market has been heavily underserved by technology and deserves better. Workstream has been purpose-built for the hourly workforce from day one so that these businesses and their employees can thrive.
Our customers include leading brands from multiple sectors, including Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers. We are a high growth series B company and quickly expanding our product portfolio to deliver on our vision. We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.
Grow With Us
We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Managerto join our team. Our Corporate Partnerships team signs and grows brand-level deals with the biggest franchise brands in America: MSAs and preferred-vendor agreements with corporate teams that unlock hundreds of franchisee locations at once. This motion has already generated $15M+ in ARR, and we're just getting started.
This role is for a hungry closer who wants a shot at enterprise-scale deals earlier than the standard career ladder allows. You'll own a book of corporate brand relationships, prospect into the C-suite of national franchise brands, and be judged on one thing: signed agreements that turn into rollouts. Prove it, and the scope grows fast; we promote on results, not tenure. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ex-founders thrive here.
Location & Relocation
  • This is a 4 to 5-days-per-week in-office role. We believe being together is important for building quickly, collaborating closely, and shaping the next chapter of Workstream.
  • We support relocation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Day In The Life
  • Hunt: Prospect into corporate teams (CHROs, VPs of Talent, COOs) at franchise and multi-location brands through conferences, referrals, franchisee champions, trade associations, and plain old outbound. No waiting for leads to arrive.
  • Close: Run multi-stakeholder deal cycles to signed MSAs and preferred-vendor agreements: discovery, tailored business cases, executive presentations, negotiation, and close.
  • Grow: Own the relationship after the signature: entitlement execution, QBRs, expansion into payroll and new AI products, and the ROI stories that convert a corporate agreement into franchisee-wide adoption.
  • Team Up: Work daily with AEs, Marketing, CS, and Product so every brand deal is followed by real location growth, and bring field intel back into our playbook.
  • Move Fast With AI: Use AI tools for research, prospecting, and proposals as a default, not a novelty. We'll expect it and we'll help you get great at it.
Who You Are
  • 2-5 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development with real closing experience; SaaS, HR tech, payroll, restaurant, or franchise exposure is a strong plus.
  • Founder energy: you've built something from zero (a company, a side business, a territory, a club that mattered) and you take ownership without being asked; former founders welcome!
  • Executive presence beyond your years: you can hold a room with a COO and follow up like a pro.
  • A creative, pushy-in-the-good-way hustler: you find the warm path into an account, and when there isn't one, you make the cold one work.
  • Hungry: you want the fastest possible route to running enterprise deals, you're in the SF office with us, and you outwork the market.
  • Organized and CRM-disciplined (Salesforce): your pipeline is real, current, and forecastable.
Travel & Location
  • Based in (or relocating to) San Francisco; in-office at least 4 days per week
  • Travel for conferences, trade shows, and key customer meetings, heavier during peak conference season
We Offer
  • A mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empowering deskless workers and local businesses
  • An early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup with over $120M in funding
  • Work directly with the founding team and industry veterans to accelerate your career
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision. We pay 95% of your premiums for employees and 85% for dependents
  • In-office amenities and stocked kitchen
  • 401K plan
  • Flexible PTO
Salary Range
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $120,000 and $150,000 annually (base plus commission), depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role includes participation in Workstream's stock option program, offering meaningful equity ownership in the company.
