We are hiring a Residential Program Managerto oversee daily operations and lead a team of employees in delivering high-quality, person-centered supports. What You'll Do


  • Program Leadership
    Provide day-to-day oversight of the home, ensuring consistency in routines, expectations, and service delivery.
  • Team Development
    Train, coach, and support employees in best practices, including behavior supports, communication strategies, and daily care.
  • Service Coordination
    Collaborate with case managers, healthcare providers, families, and other partners to ensure coordinated and effective support.
  • Operations & Compliance
    Manage scheduling, documentation, and program systems while ensuring compliance with OARs, licensing requirements, and agency policies.
  • Health & Safety Oversight
    Maintain a safe environment through regular checks, staff training compliance, and adherence to all safety protocols.


What We're Looking For


  • Experience
    Background supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or similar settings. Experience with complex behaviors or co-occurring needs preferred.
  • Education
    Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
  • Leadership Skills
    Able to lead with clarity and accountability while supporting employee growth and team cohesion.
  • Critical Thinking
    Able to remain calm, make sound decisions, and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication
    Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with individuals, employees, and partners.
  • Organization
    Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
  • Requirements
    Valid Oregon driver's license (or transferable MVR), ability to pass a DHS background check, and completion of pre-employment drug screening.
  • Preferred
    Prior supervisory or leadership experience in residential or human services programs.
