The Bilingual Medical Assistant plays a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services by bridging communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position ensures that patients who speak multiple languages receive clear, compassionate, and accurate medical assistance throughout their care experience. The role involves supporting clinical and administrative tasks, facilitating patient flow, and maintaining accurate medical records while adhering to healthcare regulations. By effectively communicating in at least two languages, the Medical Assistant enhances patient understanding, compliance, and satisfaction. Ultimately, this position contributes to improved health outcomes and a more inclusive healthcare environment within diverse communities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language relevant to the patient population served.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
