Job description

You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the HOUSING PROGRAM of NAVSTA MAYPORT.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Managing resources for efficient operation and utilization of housing projects of facilities; 2.) Managing, operations and maintenance of unaccompanied housing units, including utility systems, roads, grounds, streets and facilities; 3.) Independently resolving complex issues and problems related to management of unaccompanied housing procedures and practices; 4.) Managing cost and funding control procedures; 5.) Applying budget/fund management principles, concepts and procedures to the full range of housing budget activities
