Job description

This position is located aboard NAS Whidbey Island with Unaccompanied Housing. The purpose of this position is to provide adequate and timely custodial services to the lodging operation.Qualifications:
  • Must be able to read signs, follow oral and written instructions, and communicate effective with management, staff, and guests.
  • Must have general knowledge of cleaning procedures for proper use of cleaning equipment and approved, commonly used cleaning products.
  • Must be able to learn and follow all safety procedures.
  • Must have ability to safely operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, cleaning compounds and solutions and perform minor maintenance on this equipment.
