Job description

Salary: $25 - $29

Rio Grande ATP, a substance use disorders intensive outpatient treatment program, is seeking a full-time New Mexico licensed LSAA, LADAC, LMHC, or LMSW Therapist/Counselor for immediate hire. Experience with cultural competency/experience working with New Mexico cultures preferred.


General Duties and Responsibilities Required of a Therapist:

-Complete biopsychosocial assessments;

-Develop treatment, safety, and relapse prevention plans;

-Provides individual sessions and group psychotherapy (night groups);

-Completion of all clinical documentation and therapeutic contacts;

-An active treatment team member and participates fully in the treatment planning process.


Qualifications

Therapists providing individual, family, and/or group therapy must meet the necessary licensing qualifications as follows:

-NM Licensed LSAA, LADAC, LMSW, or LMHC

-Experience with electronic health records

-Completion of all SUD clinical documentation including Safety and Relapse Prevention Plans

-Facilitation of SUD Groups following the Adult Matrix Model


Candidate requirements: minimum of two years experience in substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders treatment.
