Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, food handling certifications, and recipe management systems is typically expected. Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management are crucial soft skills that help students excel in a fast-paced environment. These skills and qualifications are essential for mastering culinary fundamentals and succeeding in both academic and professional kitchens.
