Job Summary:
The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee food preparation, manage kitchen staff, and maintain high-quality standards across all culinary operations. This position is also responsible for controlling costs, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the kitchen.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support skill development.
  • Schedule shifts, hire new employees, and train and evaluate staff members to meet company standards.
  • Evaluate equipment and facilities; order supplies and replacements as needed.
