CTOs often collaborate with other executives to drive innovation, improve products, and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Their role may also involve evaluating new technologies, managing budgets, and representing the company in technical discussions with stakeholders.

How does a CTO typically balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership responsibilities?

As a CTO, balancing technical tasks with broader leadership duties is crucial. While you may still engage in high-level architecture decisions or code reviews, much of your time will be spent setting technology vision, aligning teams, and collaborating with other executives.
