Job description

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Office Specialist to support an onsite operations team in Allen, TX. This role supports daily administrative and fulfillment activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable performing hands-on office and fulfillment tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:30pm CST
Location: Onsite in Allen, TX
Pay: $18/hour
Position Type: Ongoing Contract W2

What you'll do:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
  • Restock supplies to support timely order fulfillment
  • Open, sort, and process inbound consumer mail
  • Enter data into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and process outbound packages for customer delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations
