Job description

CSI Companies is seeking a detail oriented Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support Product Content Marketing initiatives during a high priority project period. This role focuses on file migration activities, metadata entry, documentation updates, project tracking, and administrative support across multiple teams. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital tools, managing large volumes of content, and supporting critical business projects through accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. You will partner with Continuous Improvement teams and Digital Asset Management administrators to support content organization efforts and help drive successful project completion. Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
Location: Hybrid - Jacksonville, FL 32256 (wfh Monday and Friday)
Pay: $20/hr.
Position Type: Consultant Work Authorization
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W2 employment. No sponsorship and no corp-to-corp arrangements are available. What You'll Do:
  • Support large scale file migration initiatives from legacy storage locations into Digital Asset Management systems
  • Enter, validate, and maintain metadata to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Organize, transfer, and manage files across multiple digital platforms
  • Reorganize folders and maintain accurate file structures
  • Track project progress and provide updates on assigned workstreams
  • Create and update documentation, SOPs, training guides, and workflow materials
  • Support cleanup, validation, and handoff activities for project completion
  • Work across Box, Digital Asset Management platforms, SharePoint, Excel, and Airtable
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate larger concerns to project leaders and administrators
  • Maintain detailed project records and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through organized and accurate project support

What we are looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative support, project support, product content, or digital asset management experience is highly preferred
  • Experience using Airtable, SharePoint, Box, or Digital Asset Management platforms
  • Experience creating materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and structured data management
  • Strong file management and organizational skills
  • Experience with data entry and metadata management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create, maintain, and follow documented processes
  • Ability to work independently while managing assigned tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
