Title of Job: Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician Location: Katy, TX CSI Companies is hiring a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Katy, TX (near the intersection of Morton Rd and W Grand Pkwy N). Job Summary
The Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician is primarily responsible for accurately picking, labeling, scanning, and preparing prescription medications for final pharmacist verification in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role ensures the timely and precise processing of drug orders while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Pay : $20-25 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate). Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm, Rotating schedule every other weekend 11:30am - 8pm Why this Opportunity?

Status: Long Term Consultant. Long term consultant, no end date, with good job stability. There is always potential for conversion to FTE status with the client for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a consultant due to being a Fortune 100 company. Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Job Duties:
  • Accurately and efficiently fill daily drug orders
  • Assist in processing returned medications, including recycling or disposal
  • Prepack frequently ordered medications, labels, and store them as needed
  • Manually package materials and products for prescription fulfillment
  • Pull and pick medications from shelving and prepack racks to prepare orders
  • Apply labels to blister cards and scan products to ensure accuracy for pharmacist verification
  • Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication or product that does not scan properly
  • Maintain clean and organized workstation areas and ensure all stock supplies are replenished

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License issued by Texas Board of Pharmacy
  • Previous Pharmacy Technician experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Highly Preferred
  • Large corporation experience
  • Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
