Job description

A leading surgical hospital in Winona, Minnesota is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Surgical First Assist, CSFA or RNFA to join their team. Full benefits offered with salaried role and PTO.


Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday. 1:4 weekend call schedule
  • Surgical Time: 25-35 hours per week.
  • Responsibilities: First assist duties within general robotics, laparoscopic, neurosurgery, orthopedics and plastic surgery. Ability to train in specific specialties
  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience.
  • Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of robotics experience.
  • Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans offered. Malpractice and tail coverage.
