As a Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA), you will play a key role as part of our surgical team. In addition to your technical expertise, we value your ability to bring critical thinking and a proactive approach to the operating room to help support optimal patient outcomes.
The Surgical First Assistant works closely with the surgeon and surgical team throughout the procedure.
