Job description

Performs scrub and assisting duties for the surgeon. Assists in nursing care and preparation for the surgical patient by performance of routine and delegated duties according to the policies of the facility. Assists surgeon with tasks such as selecting equipment, holding open incisions, stopping bleeding, closing the incision, among many other technical tasks.
