Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – CVOR

Location: Piedmont Atlanta Hospital – Atlanta, GA
Duration: 16 Weeks
Schedule: Days | 3x12-Hour (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | On-call: 1 day/week & 1 weekend every ~4 weeks

Job Description:
  • Assist surgeons as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in complex cardiac, vascular, endovascular, and thoracic surgical procedures.
  • Provide intraoperative support for CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, aneurysm repairs, heart transplants, and other CVOR procedures.
  • Float to the Main OR as needed within scope of practice and participate in the on-call rotation.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a Level I/II Trauma teaching hospital.
  • Requires RNFA certification, CSFA/NBSTSA/NCCSA credential, and experience in cardiac, vascular, endovascular, and thoracic surgery.
