Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Sign and seal projects as Architect of Record for their own designs developed as part of a Project.
  • Direct other staff architects working together on a Project and have complete control of architecture design in a Project.
  • Act as Project Technical Coordinator for a Project while performing architectural design.
  • Perform codes, regulations, and standards reviews.
  • Conduct Quality Checks on Projects.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture
  • 8-12 years of experience in the architecture discipline.
  • Use of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Enscape or similar.
  • Thorough technical and interdisciplinary coordinator.
  • Works well in tight schedules.
  • Understands fundamentals of codes and regulations requirements.
  • Can direct and lead the architecture design and production of construction documents (plans and technical specifications) on a project.
  • Curiosity and interest in continuous learning in AI and comfort experimenting and iterating quickly; uses data to validate ideas and measure impact.
  • Commitment to ethical and responsible AI adoption, including privacy-by-design and safe use of tools.
