Job description

Crye-Leike® is seeking Part-Time Office Administrators (Floaters) for Nashville, TN and surrounding area branches.  This is a part-time, as-needed position that provides coverage at our branches during peak seasons, vacation, and leave of absence relief.  We require candidates that are willing to work on an as-needed basis and be flexible with scheduling as you may be required to cover full days or a full week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the branch broker manager & real estate associate team in all aspects of paperwork on property transactions.
  • Data entry for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Greet and assist visitors/clients
  • General office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years administrative support experience working in an office environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Willing to work on as-needed basis and be flexible with scheduling
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Must have a professional demeanor & possess a strong work ethic
  • Experience in Real estate/real estate office a plus
