What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily crushing plant operations during 2nd shift to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Coordinate plant activities, equipment utilization, and crew assignments to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor crushing, screening, and material processing activities to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues while supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

What Are We Looking For

  • Available to work 10-12-hour shifts Monday-Friday 4pm-2am. Some Saturday shifts are required 1pm-9pm during crushing season.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a manufacturing, mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, and material processing operations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive operational results.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Ability to interpret operating procedures, production goals, and maintenance requirements to support plant performance.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in an outdoor environment where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
