What You Will Do:
  • Be the go-to: Serve as the product expert for Kleemann crushing and screening equipment, supporting sales, rental, and customer applications throughout the territory.
  • Operate and demo equipment: Perform machine startups, demonstrations, inspections, and customer training, ensuring safe operation, optimal performance, and maximum productivity.
  • Collaboration and partnership: Partner with sales professionals to identify opportunities, evaluate customer fleets, and propose improved solutions that increase customer value and company profitability.
  • Grow and foster relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and industry contacts while monitoring market activity, competitive products, and pricing.
  • Utilize company systems and tools: Ability to document activity, track opportunities, and support proposals, while coordinating equipment deliveries and follow-up support.
  • Act as a key communicator: Be the link between customers, store teams, and manufacturing partners on technical and commercial product matters.
