Professionals in these roles are responsible for commissioning (starting up and testing) crushing and screening plants to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. These jobs may also require troubleshooting equipment issues, monitoring production output, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Workers often collaborate with engineers, site managers, and other technical staff to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

These challenges can be addressed through thorough pre-commissioning checks, close collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams, and clear communication with equipment vendors. Additionally, documenting all test results and adjusting operational parameters based on real-time data helps ensure a smooth handover to production. Being proactive and detail-oriented during the commissioning phase is key to minimizing delays and ensuring long-term equipment reliability.
