Heidelberg Materials NE LLC is seeking a skilled Crusher Plant Operator to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our crushing equipment, ensuring the production of aggregate materials meets quality and production targets.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor all crushing plant machinery, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment.
Conduct pre-operation checks, routine inspections, and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
Adjust crusher settings and screen sizes to achieve desired material specifications and production rates.
Load and unload materials using heavy equipment such as excavators or loaders as needed.
Monitor aggregate stockpiles and coordinate material flow to maintain continuous operation.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and other required documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot operational issues and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
