Established in 2006, and based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Crossroads engages in the business of commercial medium and heavy-duty truck financing and leasing. We offer operating and finance leasing as well as direct financing to our commercial customers. Crossroads has experienced dynamic growth, expanding our portfolio and developing relationships with transportation companies that have locations outside the state of California, expanding our finance products to all states to service these customers.

What You’ll Do:

The Sales Specialist is a professional-level position responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of equipment leasing and financing solutions. This role exercises independent judgment and discretion in identifying customer needs, developing sales strategies, negotiating financing solutions, and managing the sales process from prospecting through closing.


Serves as a trusted advisor to customers by analyzing business needs, recommending customized financing solutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Success in this role requires initiative, sound business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the sales organization. While operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Sales Specialist collaborates with sales leadership and cross-functional partners for strategic guidance, resources, and support throughout the sales process to help achieve customer and business objectives.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal business partners and customers to deliver exceptional service, facilitate successful transactions, and support achievement of sales and business objectives.
  • Manage customer relationships by identifying business needs, recommending equipment leasing and financing solutions, and identifying opportunities to expand products and services that support long-term customer success.
  • Apply consultative sales methodologies, sound business judgment, and problem-solving skills to evaluate customer needs, develop customized financing solutions, negotiate within established guidelines, and successfully close sales with integrity.
  • Utilize CRM web-based applications, and other business tools to manage sales activities, maintain customer information, monitor sales opportunities, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve established sales goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or comparable degree in business or finance related field, preferred
  • Enthusiastic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and loads of initiative
  • One to three years of professional sales, business development, financial services, customer relationship management, or related experience preferred; internship experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize work independently, and make business decisions within established guidelines.
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests

Compensation:
